Si no se está satisfecho con la compra, le reembolsaremos el total del dinero con excepción de los gastos de envío que correrán a cargo del comprador.

Solo se aceptaran reclamos hasta 3 días después de recibir el pedido. La mercancía debe estar en perfectas condiciones.

No nos hacemos responsables de mercancía perdida o paquetes dañados si son devueltos.

Garantía en caso de que la mercancía llegue dañada, para ello se deberá enviar de vuelta la pieza y los gastos del envío correrán a cargo del comprador. Luego se le devolverá el artículo arreglado y los gastos de envío correrán a cargo de la empresa.
